Job description
You will be providing physical care and supervision to residents at Nadeshiko Special Nursing Home. - Guiding, supervising and helping residents (changing clothes, washing your face, styling your hair, shaving, clipping your nails, eating, taking medication, brushing your teeth, taking blood pressure and temperature, using the toilet, exercising such as walking practice and gymnastics, bathing, etc.) - Laundry, changing sheets, cleaning - Planning and carrying out seasonal events and recreational activities - Assisting residents before and after going to bed and waking up - Checking on their safety at night *At Nadeshiko, one person is responsible for the night shift, looking after around 10 to 20 residents. If you need help, a full-time night shift leader is always on hand, so you can rest assured.
