○ Caring for residents in their daily lives (Examples: Assisting with transferring from bed to wheelchair/Assisting with eating, excretion and bathing) Planning and implementation of recreational and functional training activities ○ Managing events and training sessions within the facility ○ Attending facility meetings and committees ○ Developing and assessing care plans ○ Responsible for residential rooms A complex facility including 150 special nursing care beds (15 units), 20 short-term beds, 12 day care patients and a home care support office.
