Job description
You will be responsible for all care work for the elderly in a small, unit-type special nursing home for the elderly. Specifically, this will include physical care such as meal assistance and bathing assistance, and planning and implementing recreational activities. 9-10 people per unit. All rooms are private. Maximum capacity 38 people (29 special nursing home, 9 short-term). Those with experience will be given preference. Even those without experience can work with peace of mind, as we have a training and guidance system in place. (There is a free qualification support system) (Scope of changes to work: will be clearly stated at the time of the interview)
