"Ibuki" is a paid nursing home that opened in June 2011. Our facility is working on work style reform, aiming for thorough nursing care and a 100% paid leave rate so that our employees can have a fulfilling work and private life.

*We have staff of a wide range of ages, from their 20s to their 70s.
*Records can be easily entered using an iPad, but if you have a smartphone you can use it too, and even people using flip phones can use it without any problems.
* More staff means more smiles. The smiles of staff are key to making residents smile.

■ Supplementary working conditions
*Night shifts will be scheduled 4-7 times (7 times for those who wish to work night shifts) and we will ask for your preference.
* Care staff are from a wide age range, from their 20s to their 70s. There are 31 care staff (5 men) with an average age of about 51.
* Desired days off are 3 days per month (paid leave can also be designated elsewhere) and there is flexibility for other family circumstances, etc.
*Long vacations available
*There are multiple cases of maternity and childcare leave, and some cases of male childcare leave
*There are monthly meetings with leaders so you can talk about any problems or worries you may have. In addition to that, we will have follow-up interviews one month, three months, and six months after joining the company. After that, we will have a meeting with a manager once a year.
