Job description

* Nursing care work at a special nursing home for the elderly with a maximum capacity of 120 residents. We will open a new unit in July. Would you like to join us in the preparations? We would like to review the work content of the unit that is already open and create a more comprehensive service provision and work style. ・Planning and participating in recreational activities and events ・Understanding preferences and hobbies through communication with residents ・Filling out nursing records, improving the environment ・Supporting residents in situations where they have difficulties
