*Currently, there are no parking spaces available, so if you wish to commute by car, you will need to secure a parking space yourself (no subsidies, etc.). If a space becomes available, you will be deducted from the parking fee by 6,000 yen per month. If you use public transportation, the full cost of your commuter pass will be reimbursed (up to 100,000 yen). Commuting allowances are available for distances of 2km or more.
