Job description

◇We have a preceptor system for those who have no experience or have been out of work for a while, so you can grow together with senior staff members at a special nursing home. *We also have jobs available for the limited work course. This is for those who are currently unable to work night shifts or be transferred due to childcare or caregiving responsibilities, but would like to work hard as a full-time employee. Job allowance: 12,000 yen to 17,000 yen Treatment improvement allowance: 43,500 yen to 43,500 yen

* Treatment improvement support allowance: 5,000 yen for new employees and those who have completed the practical training, 10,000 yen for care workers
*Early/late shift allowance: 2,000 yen (500 yen per shift x 4 times per month)
*Working hours are based on the following shifts: (1) to (6). (4) 8:00 to 17:00 (5) 11:00 to 20:00 (6) 17:30 to 10:00 (1 hour 30 minute break)
*Early and late students (1), (3), (4), and (5) are eligible
*Bonus paid twice a year for the previous fiscal year, totaling 4.9 months' worth. Less than 6 months' worth of bonus: 50,000-100,000 yen. *Health checkup (twice a year) *Influenza vaccination
