Approximately 3 staff members in each unit care for approximately 10 residents. - Event-related duties You will be responsible for planning and running seasonal events, as well as preparing decorations and other items. We hold cherry blossom viewing events in the spring, summer festivals in the summer, and Christmas parties in the winter. With the help of staff, you will create events that the residents can enjoy. - Administrative duties You will input nursing records into a PC or tablet device and monitor the health of residents.
