Job description

This job involves processing yellowtail caught nearby into fillets on a state-of-the-art production line. (Other fish species may also be processed depending on the situation.) In a hygienic clean room environment, the job involves simple tasks such as adjusting fish filleted by machine and arranging them in vacuum packs in the packaging room.
