Job description

*You will be producing dashi kelp products, which are essential to Japanese cuisine. The main duties are as follows (there are no night shifts). ・Folding and cutting dried kelp ・Weighing to a specified volume ・Packing into bags ・Sealing the bagged items with a sealing machine ・Packing a specified number into boxes
*Basically manual work. In addition, you will be standing during the work. You may be asked to stand in the same place and do the same work. (Your senior colleagues will provide direct guidance on the work.)
*We are also hiring part-timers. Working hours are negotiable.

During busy periods, you will be required to work on Saturdays, but we generally encourage you to take paid leave. *A distinctive feature of our company is that many employees have no experience working in a factory. *Even if you need to take a sudden day off, you can use your paid leave by submitting an application form at a later date. If your child suddenly falls ill, you can also take time off as long as you contact us before the start of work on the day. *There are 120 days of holiday per year, but this totals 122 days if you add the 2 days of designated paid leave. *The uniforms worn on site will be provided by the company on loan. *You may wear your own clothes when commuting to work.
