◎We currently have 4 trainees from Vietnam, 3 trainees from Cambodia, and 1 trainee with specific skills from Vietnam.
●Monthly wage (estimated payment): Monthly salary 300,000 yen to 350,000 yen
◆ Base salary: 250,000 yen ~ (salary will be considered based on years of experience and driver's license)
◆Overtime allowance (more overtime in winter, less overtime in summer)
*Average overtime hours last year: 30 to 40 hours
Transportation expenses: None (The dormitory is close to the company. Bicycles will be provided to those who wish to use them.)
Dormitory: Available. The company will subsidize half of the rent. Details will be discussed during the interview.

◆ Retirement benefits system: None
◆Monthly wages will fluctuate based on the estimated total payment amount, but will generally not fall below 300,000 yen.
Even in the slowest months, I still have about 210,000 to 220,000 yen left over.
◆The basic salary is 250,000 yen, but overtime pay is not included.
The overtime rate is approximately 1,940 yen per hour.
Monthly salary (250,000 yen) x 12 ÷ annual hours (1932.5) = hourly wage
Hourly wage x 1.25 = 1,940 yen
◆Although holidays are shown as days off on the calendar, you may still be required to work on holidays.
