Job description

This job involves caregiving in a 45-room nursing home for the elderly. You will provide the necessary nursing care services for the daily lives of residents, including assistance with meals, bathing, and excretion. We use intercoms, smartphones, and the company's internal SNS to facilitate information sharing and communication, and we also have a support system in place for staff members while they are working. We have introduced a monitoring support system called "Sleep Scan," which is helping to improve the work of helpers. Nurses are on-site during the day, so you can rest assured about medical care. This is a facility where not only residents but also staff can feel comfortable. Each and every staff member works with a smile every day.
