Job description

You will provide care to residents of the Showaen Special Nursing Home (capacity: 100 residents for conventional type, 44 residents for unit type) so that they can maintain as much of the same lifestyle as they did before they moved in as possible. Your main duties will include assisting with all aspects of daily life such as eating, bathing, and toileting, as well as planning, preparing, and running events such as the Bon Odori dance, school festivals, birthday parties, and Christmas parties. By performing these tasks with kindness and compassion, we hope to build trust and security for residents. Scope of change: No change
