Night shift allowance: 9,000 yen/shift, average of 4 shifts per month
Night shift start date: Inexperienced, minimum 6 months

Salary increase: Yes, based on personnel evaluation
Bonuses: Yes, paid in July and December (previous year's results were 1 month of basic salary x 2 times. The full amount will not be paid in the first year.)
