Basic salary: 135,700 yen
Job allowance: 10,000 yen
Treatment improvement: 53,000 yen
License allowance: 40,000 yen

Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen/shift
Night shift start time: Starting night shift depends on proficiency level
Some people have worked night shifts more than six times at their own request (night shift allowance is paid every time).
