Night shift allowance: 5,000 yen/shift, average 4 times per month
Night shift start time: Starting night shift depends on proficiency level
Some people have worked night shifts more than six times at their own request (night shift allowance is paid every time).
Transportation expenses: Maximum 50,000 yen (regulations apply)
Salary increase: Once a year (July)
Bonus: Yes (previous year's results: twice a year, total of 3.3 months' salary)
