Job description

Our facility is a special nursing home for the elderly, with long-term care for 140 residents and short-stay care for 20 residents. Our main job is to support the daily lives of these residents. ・Specifically, we provide assistance with meals, bathing, toileting, and other necessary support for daily life. ・We also plan and carry out seasonal events, recreational activities and exercises to maintain health, hobbies and events for enjoyment, and outings. Supporting the lives of our residents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year requires a shift system and physical strength, but we also provide comprehensive support to make our staff's work easier.
