*This facility is home to 156 elderly residents.
*We provide unique nursing care, such as working towards zero diaper use, which is the most important support to protect human dignity.
*Since new graduates join the company every year, the environment for nurturing staff is firmly established. Senior staff in charge of education hold frequent interviews over the course of a year, closely following up and training staff. By providing assistance for acquiring qualifications and enhancing the training system, we encourage staff to continue working while learning for a long time. *There are opportunities to gain knowledge from both within and outside the company through study groups (a place for staff to voluntarily conduct research) on oral care, no-lifting (caregiving methods that do not involve lifting or carrying), end-of-life care, and support for independence.
*There is a mentor system in place (senior staff in charge of education will follow up through interviews over the course of a year) for the first year after joining the company.
* 10 days of paid vacation in the first year will be granted from the day of employment (paid vacation utilization rate is 60% or more)
*There will be no night shifts until you get used to the job. It will take a few months after joining the company before you start working night shifts.
* All costs for obtaining qualifications will be subsidized. (Regarding initial training/practitioner training)
