Job description

This job does not involve supporting everything the elderly can do at facilities such as day care services, small-scale multifunctional home care services, and small-scale multifunctional nursing home care services, but rather supports them with the things they cannot do. Specifically, this involves the three major types of assistance, recreation, and document preparation. When providing assistance, we only support the things the elderly cannot do. When providing bath assistance, we may assist someone who can wash everything but only needs support when soaking in hot water, or when providing toilet assistance, we may only help pull up the pants of someone who has difficulty doing so, so we do not take away from what the person can do. In the past, we were ahead of our time and provided support for everything.

*Middle-aged and senior citizens who have not had the opportunity to become full-time employees are welcome. *Wages: Night shift allowance of 3,000 yen per shift, and other allowances available. *Commuting allowances are paid according to distance and actual working hours (must be paid for a round trip of 8km or more and for a monthly working time of 80 hours or more.
