Job description

As a caregiver at a nursing home (capacity 50, average care level 2.0) with a concept of "medical care, food, housing, and play," you will provide assistance according to the physical and mental condition of the residents. [Harmony House Aiso's work duties] - General assistance duties such as meals, bathing, toileting, changing clothes, cleaning, and end-of-life care - Monitoring and recording health status, coordinating with other staff - Planning and running recreational activities and events - Night shift supervision - Patrols (2 staff, average 5-7 times per month) Even if you have no experience, you can take advantage of the qualification acquisition support system and aim to obtain qualifications.
