Job description

This is a special care facility (paid nursing home) for 100 elderly residents with an average care level of 3. Primarily, you will be providing assistance with daily activities such as eating, toileting, getting dressed, and getting up from bed (separate specialists are assigned to assist with bathing and cleaning). You will rotate between early, day, late, and night shifts, and be responsible for providing assistance during each shift. A team of approximately seven staff members will be responsible for 20-30 residents. [This position requires a certified care worker qualification.] Scope of work: Duties as defined by the company (including duties as defined by the company to which you are seconded).
