The Organization for the Assessment of Foreign Workers' Skills in the Food Industry (OTAFF), a general incorporated association, has announced details of the schedule for the 3rd 2025 domestic examination for Specified Skills No. 1 and No. 2 in the food service and food manufacturing industries.


First application period
Food and beverage manufacturing: November 10th (Monday) 10:00 to November 13th (Friday) 17:00
Food service: November 11th (Tuesday) 10:00 AM to November 13th (Friday) 5:00 PM

Exams are selected by lottery based on the date and time of the exam venue.
Try to choose a venue with fewer applicants.
Drawing date: November 13th (Friday) around 5pm

Second application period
Food and beverage manufacturing industry/restaurant industry common
November 19th (Wed) 10:00 AM - November 20th (Thu) 5:00 PM
