[OTAFF/Domestic Exam] 2025 2nd Food Service/Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry Specific Skills Proficiency Assessment Exam [September-October]

The Organization for Assessment of Foreign Workers' Skills in the Food Industry (OTAFF), a general incorporated association, has announced details of the schedule for the second domestic examination for Specified Skills No. 1 and No. 2 in the restaurant and food manufacturing industries in 2025.


First application period
Food and beverage manufacturing: July 28th (Monday) 10:00 to July 31st (Thursday) 17:00
Food service: July 29th (Tuesday) 10:00 to July 31st (Thursday) 17:00

Exams are selected by lottery based on exam venue and date.
Try to choose a venue with few applicants.
Drawing date: Thursday, July 31st, around 5pm

Second application period
Food and beverage manufacturing industry/restaurant industry common
Wednesday, August 6th, 10:00am - Thursday, August 7th, 5:00pm
